The Original Bugman services Hulon Greene's pest management needs for the Clubhouse and the Condominium units on a quarterly basis.          * = To be announced.
 



HOUSEKEEPING:  Thursdays



GARBAGE PICKUP:

Household Trash:  Tuesdays
Recycling:  Every other Tuesday
Yard Trash:  Mondays

Condo owners are responsible for placing trash and recycling inside the proper trash containers within the common trash enclosures.  Garbage will be picked up from the common trash enclosures for each condo building.
 



PARKING:

Condo owners are to park in the spot(s) assigned to them when the unit was purchased.  Exchanges of parking spots must be approved by HGHOA Board and registered with the Business Office.

Handicapped spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be used in place of assigned parking.

Parking on the grass is not allowed.

Visitor parking spaces are for short-term visitor parking only.
 



STORAGE UNITS:

Each condo owner is to use only their assigned storage room.

Storage rooms are to be kept neat.  All electrical elements should be accessible.  Sprinkler heads must have an 18-inch clearance.

Storage rooms must have a clear path to the electric breaker box as required by the City of West Columbia.

Gasoline and explosive chemicals cannot be kept in storage rooms.
